Cookies Policy
This website uses its own and third-party cookies and/or similar technologies that store and retrieve information when you browse. Below we explain what they are, which ones we use and how to manage them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files generated on the user's device that allow, among other functions, session identification, remembering preferences or enabling content. Depending on who manages the domain from which they are sent, they may be own (managed by the website owner) or third-party (managed by another entity). Depending on their duration, they may be session cookies (deleted when you leave) or persistent cookies (kept for a defined period).
2. Types of cookies we use
Own cookies — Technical or necessary (always active)
Essential for browsing and the correct functioning of the site: identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, managing security or storing your cookie choice, among others. The legal basis is the execution and maintenance of the service requested by the user. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled.
Own cookies — Preferences
Allow information to be remembered so you can access the service with certain characteristics, such as the selected language. The legal basis is the user's consent.
Third-party cookies — Video content (external social networks)
This site embeds YouTube videos. If you agree to watch them, YouTube (Google) may install cookies in your browser to enable playback. These cookies are only activated with your consent and may be hosted outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis is the user's consent.
3. List of cookies used

- vives-cookie-consent — Stores your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Expiration: 180 days. Holder: own.

Third-party cookies — Video content (external social networks)

4. Cookie-free audience measurement
To find out how many people visit the website and which content interests them, we use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own servers. It is not a third-party service: the data never leaves our infrastructure and is not disclosed or shared with any other entity.
This measurement does not use cookies or any other technology that stores or accesses information on your device, and it does not retain your IP address. Each visit is identified by a value derived from the IP address, the browser and the domain, combined with a random component that is renewed every day. As a result, there is no persistent identifier that would allow you to be recognised from one day to the next, your activity to be tracked across different websites, or that activity to be linked to an identified or identifiable person.
Only aggregated information is recorded: pages visited, approximate country, device type and referring page.
Since no information is stored on or read from your terminal equipment, this measurement does not require consent and is not part of the cookie settings panel. The legal basis for the processing is the controller's legitimate interest in understanding how its website is used in order to maintain, debug and improve it.
5. How to manage or withdraw consent
When you first access the site, a notice appears where you can Accept all cookies, Reject (only necessary ones are kept) or Configure your preferences by category. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Configurar cookies link in the page footer.
You can also view, manage, block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). If you block all cookies, some site features may not be available.
6. International data transfers
Own cookies do not transfer data to third parties. Third-party cookies (YouTube / Google) may involve the transfer of data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the mechanisms provided for in applicable regulations (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
7. Changes to the cookies policy
This policy may be modified due to new legal or technical requirements. The version published at any given time shall be the one in force.
8. Data processing and exercise of rights
Data collected through cookies is processed by VIVES ELECTRODOMESTICOS, S.L. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to info@vivestien21.com. You can find more information in our Privacy Policy.
